Formed in 1998.
In Jamaica, this is a valuable band that can embody the “feeling of that Sharaka” of Rocksteady, which was short-lived.
From killer mellow tunes to fast rock steadys, the tonic sounds are playful.
There are many performances with dance hall scene artists such as CHEE, RUDEBWOY FACE, G.RINA, Rankin Taxi, and all released singles are sold out immediately. Boasts a high play rate on site.
Following the release of 5th album “good night, sleep tight, young lovers” in summer 2011, 5th 7inch single “Sho 'Nuff feat. Spinna B-ill” was released in winter 2012.
BIOGRAPHY
1998
Formed by Morishita (Guitar), Iwase (Bass), Saito (Drums). Initially, it was a simple organization with three pieces: guitar, bass, and drums.
1999
Joined Isao Yokoyama (Sax).
the year of 2000
Joined Tomohiro Ninagawa (Pedal Steel Guitar).
2001
1st album [mano a mano] released. DUB is used as a keynote, and it attracts attention with sounds that incorporate ROCK, SOUL, JAZZ, etc.
2002
2nd album [smokey branch] released. Sampling and driving in the 1st album have shadows and moved to a more organic sound-oriented sound. Lay the foundation of the current style.
Joined Eiji Yoshikawa (Perc.) And Kenji Serizawa (Trumpet).
2004
summer. 7inch single [GREEN TO GOLD] released. A friendly and melody melodies are put on the comfortable REGGAE and ROCKSTEADY beats to create an authentic but fresh sound style.
Year 2005
1/12 (Wed) 7inch single [RUNNIN 'AWAY] released. FRISCO's playful arrangement that puts Sly's masterpiece on Dennis Brown's remake track. On the B-side, we recorded a live crying instrumental tune [bird roots].
September. Released 3rd album "Melodyline".
2006
January. Participated in Hathayan (Keyboards) as the 8th member.
June. Released RIDDIM BANDITS.
August. Appeared on Fuji Television Factory. 4th album "Panther's Top Ranking" released.
September. Performed at Sunset Live 2006 in Fukuoka. Performed with Rankin Taxi.
September. "Panther's Top Ranking" release party held at Quattro. At the end of the day, Yoshikawa (Perc.) And Yokoyama (Sax) left.
2007
New Year. Joined Tenor Sax.
2008
May. Joined Nagata (Trombone). 8 people.
2010
5th Album recording session started.
2011
July. 5th Album "good night, sleep tight, young lovers" released.
December. 7inch single [Virtual Insanity] released from JetSet.
year 2012
January. "Good night, sleep tight, young lovers" release party was held at Yokohama Thumbs Up.
April. Morishita (Guitar) and Iwase (Bass) withdrew.
June. New members include Guitar and Masato.
December. 7inch single [Sho 'Nuff feat. Spinna B-ill] released from HONG KONG ELEVATORS. Withdraw from Masato (Bass).
2013
April. Morgan (Bass) joined as a new member.
June. "Good night, sleep tight, young lovers" LP version 2 disc set released from JETSET.
October. Doira (Guitar) withdraws.
