Unique people gather. Something new is born. We have been aiming to be such a place. We also hold live music events, rakugo, theater, and hand-made consignment sales. As for live events, we have all the sound equipment, so you can come with just your body.
As the owner, I love exciting things, so I want to be excited every day. "Freestyle Bar -Rin-" is a really fun place where I can get excited.
I moved from Mie Prefecture to Toyohashi 12 years ago with just my futon and a TV in my car. I've had a lot of different jobs. When I was working in a factory, I started thinking, "I want to make a living doing what I love." I want a place where people who love alcohol, motorcycles, and music can gather and spend time together. That was the beginning of "freestylebar-rin-". I want all kinds of people to come and visit my shop. I like the feeling of being on the ground creating something. When I come across a new genre I didn't know about, I immediately imagine things like, "How can I get involved?" "What kind of event would be interesting to do with this person?" When I opened, I wrote a list of things I wanted to do, but I've only done a third of it. In fact, the list is growing every year. I can't do it alone. I'm considering starting a project and entrusting it to people who want to do it, but I want to get all kinds of people involved. That's what I think. This place was created with the desire to help people connect with each other and create a place where new things can be born from those connections. That is Freestyle Bar Rin.
